Getting started
This video introduces you to the need to learn how to swim and why you need to change your mindset to focus on a positive "can-do" attitude. If you focus on the negative "can't" your brain will not learn even simple skills as easily. You can and should be cautious to learn one small step at a time and master that step to build your confidence.
Something as simple as putting only your face down in the kitchen sink with both feet on the floor to hold your breath for 10-15-20 seconds must be done without tension or fear. You are not an elephant to suck water up your hose so also keep your mouth open to make a better air lock with your nose.
