Lesson 4:
Step 4 Bath tub progressive sequence
You can add 4" of water in your bath tub to practice floating, breath holding, kicking, and one-arm freestyle to feel the water pressure against your hand as you stroke in shallow water.
Adult will have to lift your legs up out of the tub, but children can stretch out to hold their breath in your cupped hands, blow large bubbles over their cheeks, and even do one-arm freestyle resting on the other outstretched arm to copy what was learned on the mattress.
