With a background in social work and experience as a classroom teacher and basketball coach, he's seen firsthand how mindset, accountability, communication, and personal challenges influence an athlete's growth both on and off the court.

As the founder of Activation Now and author of *NOW Changes Everything*, Alexander combines real-world experience with practical lessons designed to help young people navigate adversity, take ownership of their actions, and develop habits that extend beyond sports.
