NEW!Incorporating Shifts with Minimal Player LearningViews: 534$0
$15.0(100% Off)In this mini-course, Keith Grabowski shares a method for incorporating shifts into any offense with one simple word, eliminating the need to memorize multiple names for shifts.
Offenses use shifts for several strategic reasons:
-
Confuse the Defense: Shifts can force the defense to adjust their alignment and responsibilities, potentially causing confusion or mismatches. By moving players before the snap, the offense can identify how the defense reacts and adjust their play accordingly.
-
Identify Defensive Coverage: Shifts can help the offense determine whether the defense is playing man-to-man or zone coverage. For instance, if a defender follows a player in motion, it often indicates man coverage.
-
Create Mismatches: By shifting players, offenses can create advantageous matchups. This could involve getting a faster receiver matched up against a slower linebacker or creating a favorable blocking angle for the offensive line.
-
Disguise the Play: Shifts can make it harder for the defense to predict the play call. The offense can present one formation and then shift to another, keeping the defense guessing.
-
Exploit Defensive Weaknesses: Offenses can use shifts to exploit specific weaknesses in the defense. For example, they can overload one side of the field or force the defense to cover more ground.
This mini-course focuses on teaching a simple method for accomplishing the first objective, stressing the defense mentally and trying to confuse them.

Creating a Structure for Offense - Formations, Movements, and PersonnelViews: 7169$39.99
There's a starting point for developing an offense, and that's exactly what is provided in this course. From understanding the structure of an offense and what needs to be packaged to the evaluation of where you are at right now. This course gives a comprehensive look at how to structure an offense beginning with the components that allow you to be multiple and stress a defense.
A good structure allows an offense to present complex problems for a defense, but done right it's simple for the offense. Multiplicity in formation, movement, and personnel can be accomplished in an easy-to-learn system.

Distort the Defense with Power ReadViews: 9108$34.99
The Power Read is not a new concept. It has become a staple in offenses that utilize and athletic quarterback to stress the defense in multiple ways. The Power Read gives a play that stretches a defense horizontally and puts a defender in conflict with a decision by the quarterback to pull or keep.
It would seem that this play could be utilized by any team running power because the blocking scheme is already installed. This course points out the pitfalls in that thinking by making distinctions between the traditional power concept and the power read concept.
Through trial and error as well as extensive film study, Coach Grabowski has identified key coaching points in making the play successful as well as the different scenarios for which an offense must prepare. The basics of power read are outlined along with trouble shooting the various defensive answers. The course includes chapters on utilizing play action off of Power Read to further stress a defense.

Offensive Coordinator Master ClassViews: 10061$49.50
$99.0(50% Off)Keith Grabowski shares his comprehensive approach to doing the job of an offensive coordinator which he developed over 27 years of coaching plus the thousands of interviews and clinics he has conducted.
This “master class” breaks down all aspects of coordinating an offense, from understanding the responsibilities to the finest details of scripting a practice.
He breaks down the entire process of coordinating into a “6P” process - Planning, Personnel, Placement, Plays, Procedures, and Performance.
All of this goes into developing the weekly game plans throughout the season which he covers by situation.
The course includes his downloadable file for easy practice scripting.
In this course, you get the Game Planning System templates for offense and defense for various team and organizational situations. This gives you templates to use at every level of your program for offense and defense. Whether you are two-platoon, up-tempo, or must split your time between offense and defense with two-way players, these templates have you covered.
Just pick the one that best fits your situation. They are easily adjusted to create the run-pass balance you would like in your execution of reps in practice.
You create your game plan and input it one time and your practice script and call sheets are generated for you.
Two-way player templates are appropriate for your junior high and youth programs as well.
Create a more efficient and effective practice script. Getting the plays in the game plan and having the necessary reps for them to be effective on game day is no longer a painstaking task. Simply enter the game plan at the beginning of the week, and the script is created for every single group and team period during the week. The hours spent creating a script and making sure every play gets the necessary practice it needs is now automated.
It easily Adjusts to match your offense!
-
Call sheet, Practice Scripts & QB wristband are generated instantly as you game plan.
-
Plan for all situations you will face.
-
Reduce the stress on the play caller.
-
Give players confidence that they are prepared for all circumstances.
-
Improve workflow and free up time to watch the opponent film and teach players.
The Game Planning System uses a simple process for making decisions early in the week that allows you to get the practice repetitions that will ensure the proper execution on game day.
Even though you may have an expansive, flexible offense over the course of the season, thinking you have that wide menu of plays can lead to confusion for both the play caller and the players. The fact is that there are only a limited amount of practice repetitions available, and you will only call about 60 plays (more if you are an uptempo team) in the game.
Being able to exercise discipline in your process by limiting the number of plays that will appear on your call sheet on game day is the at the core of the Coaches Edge Game Planning System.
This is done on what is called the Game Plan Board.
The Game Plan Board gives a set number of plays that you can carry and feel confident in practicing over the course of the week. In general, the game plan board and scripts are set up to give you 50-50 balance between run and pass. If you desire to practice more running plays or more passing plays, see the "Adjusting" instructions included in each section. This allows you to create the balance you desire.
From the foundational knowledge of coordinating an offense to tools that will make you more efficient, this course has it all.
