I am a Girls Soccer Performance Coach who specializes in speed, strength, nutrition, menstrual health, and general wellness for young female athletes (mainly girls soccer players and field based sports) - elementary, middle and high school. I've been in the field for over 13 years and have been blessed to work with young soccer girls (ECNL and GA), and leave a lasting impression on them! My goal is to ensure they perform at a high level, stay injury free, and get into good, healthy habits for a lifetime after sport!
