Coach Vint was on the forefront of development of RPO's, and this video will give you a systematic approach to building Pre-Snap RPO's into your existing offensive system. Back in the early 2000's, defenses were loading the box to stop the run. Coach Vint and his coaching staff designed a very simple system to create numbers in the box. This system of pre-snap RPO's helped to increase their offensive production in both the run game and the pass game. 

After installing this system, Coach Vint's offense added over 150 yards a game to their offensive production. Despite having quarterbacks with limited throwing ability, his teams were able to consistently rack up big numbres in the pass game.
