The Coach
Rick Arnold, the head coach of Trinity High School in Louisville, brings a unique and battle-tested perspective to baseball. A former 22-year police officer and homicide detective, Coach Arnold has translated his experience in high-pressure situations into a championship-winning baseball program. In just 11 seasons, he has led his alma mater to five regional titles and two state championships. His resume also includes time as an assistant coach at the University of Louisville and as a scout for the Kansas City Royals, roles that have honed his eye for talent and elite development. His process has proven successful, with nine of his players being drafted in the last 10 years.
