The Coach

Jeff Dolan is a Strength and Conditoning Coach with experience working in the NBA, NCAA Division I, and Professional Baseball.  He has also served as a consultant in the Physical Preparation of Professional Soccer Players (European and US), Professional Basketball Players, US Military Special Operators, Powerlifters, Endurance Athletes, High School Athletes, and General Population Fitness Enthusiasts.  He is a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC), Certified Strength and Condtioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) throught the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  He holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida and Bachelors Degrees in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from SUNY Brockport.
