This summer lifting plan I will be giving to our players for when they go home in 2024.
I am going to use this as an experiment to see what how truly effective it will be as a 12 week program.
This will be two - 6 week phases, where our players will lift 4 days a week. The players must also do at least 2-3 days of conditioning of their choice. One of the days will be on a Wednesday, which is one of the days off from lifting we have.
This is a PDF of at least 15 pages of good material to share with a HS level and small college level team. Lifts, core work, conditioning, and some minor dieting / meal plan tips.
