The first section of this course will detail the different mechanics of the kickoff. Coach Carney teaches the starting point, eyes, power, and warmups the kicker needs to work on to have an effective kickoff. The next section will cover the mindset of the kicker and the different routines that will help your kickoff stay consistent and strong. Lastly, Coach Carney instructs you on the strength and conditioning work needed in both the off-season and in-season, as well as different workout routines to strengthen the body for powerful and accurate kickoffs.
