Utilizing Zone Dive in Any Offense with Matt McLeodby IHSFCA Illinois High School Football Coaches Association
The Zone dive is arguably one of the most simple plays in offense. The concept is to take advantage of sharp cuts between the tackles and overwhelm the defense with quick block-offs from the line so that the b-back finds a hole and runs.
In this course, Coach Matt McLeod discusses his rules of running the zone dive properly. He goes through play diagrams and scripts to fit the zone dive. He finishes with examples from practice film and game film.
