Strengthen muscles and tone your body with workouts incorporating exercises she learned from years of training as a competitive gymnast, acrobatic, and stunt performer for live shows, tv and film, along with 15 years of gymnastics coaching for all levels.
Megan is just great and really knows what she's doing. Love her bubbly personality on this course. My favorite parts are when she target specific sections of the leg and tailors specific exercises.
