Football Dynamic Warmupby King Sports
This is a dynamic warm up for athletic performance and/or performance training. These drills should follow a "warmup lap" equal to 400 yards to raise the body's core temperature. This routine is a great baseline and may be used in conjunction with additional warmup drills specific to the coaching program or sport specific skills.
