Has been teaching group exercise since 1993 and Yoga since 1999. She is certified through ACE, AFAA and AAAI/ISMA and has been a national fitness presenter and educator since 1999. She teaches fitness education workshops through her company, Jennifer Miller Fitness. She is passionate about staying on the cutting edge of fitness industry trends and creating innovative class formats that interest and inspire her.
Has over 12 years of experience teaching, training, counseling and consulting in the health and fitness industry. She has a passion for kinesiology, anatomy and physiology that she instills in her teachings and training. Essie’s philosophy on training is largely adopted through preventative measures in prehab/rehab corrective exercises based on deviation assessments of an individual’s kinetic chain. She enjoys helping people to live fit and healthy lives.
Began his fitness journey when he was only 13 years old. He instantly became dedicated to bodybuilding, and has competed in 4 competitions. Nick attended George Mason University, receiving a degree in Kinesiology. While in school he interned with multiple D1 programs. His passion for fitness and pushing clients to be their absolute best is apparent in his coaching. He believes that pushing ones self is extremely important to improving mental toughness and becoming the strongest person you can be.
