Bailee Perrine is the head coach of the Dripping Springs Women's Soccer team. During Perrine's four years as head coach, Dripping Springs has won the 5A State Championship, finished as State Semi-Finalists and before covid had a record of 21-1. Perrine has a 84.6% win percentage with an overall record of 88-14-2, with only two losses in the last two years. As an assistant, Bailee coached two years at College Station and one year at Westlake High School. In those three years, College Station finished as State Semi-Finalists twice and Westlake was Area Champions. Bailee is passionate about building a solid program from parent involvement to challenging her players' mindsets. Perrine's soccer program has grown from 26 athletes to 60 in four years. She focuses on individual experiences, and makes sure every player knows they are important and have a purpose in the program. Her athletes understand that there are high expectations, and everyone is held to that high standard.
