Coach Alison Ojeda is an incredibly passionate instructor who was also named 2019 ITA Ohio Valley Region Head Coach of the Year.

Since being hired at Tennessee, her record stands at 84-44.

She has helped develop two All-Americans, six All-SEC, All-SEC Newcomer or SEC All-Freshman honorees and the Lady Vols have never failed to make the NCAA Championships.

The Lady Vols finished top 25 of the ITA rankings in 2017 (24th), 2019 (22nd) and 2021 (18th) under Ojeda's leadership.

The No. 18 ranking to end the 2021 season marked the program’s highest year-end ranking since 2011.
