I am Curtis Aguirre. Currently I am the Head Track and Field Coach at VR Eaton High School in Haslet, Tx. I have just completed my 25th year in Education. I have been a throws coach for the past 13 years. I have been blessed to have coached a few gifted athletes. Along the way I have gone from never coaching to helping athletes to become competitive with consistency. I have done this by developing a solid practice plan and asking for help from other coaches. This is some of what i would like to share with you.
