David Self - 100m & 110m Hurdles: The Need for Speed

Description

The 100/110 hurdles are a sprint race, and this course shows you how to train and race like it.

Coach Dave Self breaks down the key priorities that create faster times. You’ll learn how to sprint aggressively off the backside of the hurdle and sharpen the three-stride rhythm between barriers because the winner is the athlete who covers the same strides in the least time. This course also highlights a speed-first training mindset.

Stop training slow and hoping it shows up fast on race day. Build the acceleration, clearance efficiency, and between-hurdle speed that wins sprint hurdle races.
