Javelin in 5 Minutes
by Duncan AtwoodDescription
This series is the perfect on-field demonstration of warmup, drills, easy starting throws, flight corrections, runup adjustments, full throws, and a look at common problems. Two great throwers are also shown and discussed. It's like having national- and world-class demonstrators in your pocket! Designed for the tablet or phone, the images are large and clear, with built-in slow motion where it's needed, so there's no need to operate the video controls. Excellent to show the athletes so they can see how it's done.
