Arthur Smalley

Very good presentation by Coach Eamon McKenna from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Some very good points on multifaceted training, speed and endurance, training middle distance, and optimal training diversity (easy / tempo / threshold / VO2 Max, etc.) and how they do it. He was also kind enough to e-mail me the notes to the course and answer a question. The slides and notes were available at the actual clinic in Wisconsin but are not available for download on CoachTube. But you can still fall along just fine without.
