Muscle stiffness is an incredibly important part of performance and one of the BIGGEST reasons why intermediate athletes are not getting any faster.
This course gives the background needed for coaches to identify and correct the collapse that inhibits speed. Without stiffness, ground contact times are high and sprinters leak energy.
Stiffness has nothing to do with flexibility.
