As athletes we are always looking for the small improvements we can make to our body in order to improve our performance. In this talk Amanda runs us through the importance of training our Ab Muscles to prevent injury as well as improving performance. Even going as far to give us many of her favorite exercises.
Professional Runner & Coach, 7x All American & NCAA Runner Up for Florida State. 5+years of NCAA coaching experience. In 2014 was ranked 7th fastest all-time in the indoor mile for an American with a time of 4:26. Certified Personal Trainer and USTFCCCA Strength Coach.
Amanda has 5+ years of coaching experience at the NCAA level, experience with coaching at the professional level, as well as the USATF Junior Olympic youth level. She enjoys coaching recreational and elite runners alike, from 800m-Marathon. She offers her clients custom, individualized plans for all levels.
