In this course Coach Parno shares ways in which he manages a large roster while maintaining high expectations within the structure and organication of the group.
The how, what, and why are shared in a very detailed approach with unique ideas to help coaches at the a variety of levels deal with large group sizes. Examples for workout strategies, testing, and organization tips are explained.

The Coach
Chris Parno is the Associate Head Track and Field Coach at Minnesota State University. Parno leads the men and women's sprint/hurdle groups and serves as the recruiting coordinator. While being led by Parno, the maverick sprinters and hurdlers have experienced unprecedented success, re-wrote the record books and established MSU as a sprints and hurdles powerhouse among Division II. On top of his coaching duties at Minnesota State, Parno serves as the USATF Mid-America Regional Education Coordinator, directing level 1 certification courses.
