James is an Integrative Therapist, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance, E-RYT), and certified Hanna Somatic Educator. His passion is to inspire others onto the path of self-mastery.
With his combined experience as an intuitive bodyworker, psychotherapist, and yoga teacher James found a way to combine the most progressive life enhancing techniques into a seamless flow of breath and mindful movement. Gentle Somatic Yoga was born out of years of exploring ways to connect with deepest part of ourselves.
As well as traveling the world connecting with healing communities, he enjoys gardening, photography, painting, spending time with friends, and being with his dog Leela. He lives in San Diego, CA.
