It is fully inspired by the Love the Binds us all with beautiful scenery, amazing music and really inspirational content! It can be used on it’s own or as part of our 28 Day “Commit to Bliss” Program.
There is a totally different Meditation program for every day of the week. The meditations are about ten minutes with some of them using traditional techniques and some have been created for the needs of the modern era and the imbalances that face us. You will find a different Yoga Routine for every day of the week as well with a longer Full Routine and a shorter Quickie. The sequences are great for beginners and intermediates. As well, every day has a theme and lifestyle elements.
