      1. One round is a warm-up. Use the following circuit: Brake Deceleration Exercise (also called Band Pull Apart); Hurdle Under Explosion (also called Step Under With a Squat); Thrusters; and Elbow Ups.

      2. Three to five rounds provides a full body workout.


      Coaching Tip

      This is a 20 seconds on and 10 seconds recovery circuit.
