    • Standing Rotary Twist

      1. Keep the hands and belly button moving together.

      2. Don't pull with the arms, but rather keep the arms straight and move the arms with the core.

      3. Keep the hips stable and limit the amount of rotation they contribute to this.


      Coaching Tip

      You can use a bench, a batting cage, a fence or anything sturdy to anchor the tubing. Thus, this exercise can be done at many places on the diamond.
