Example Tapping Video - Pressure
This video is an example from another course of mine on exam stress. You can make up your own script with tapping, whatever your particular issue is - say it out loud and tap those pressure points.
You don't need to have a long script like me, simply saying one thing that's bothering you and connecting to the body can really help clean up internally.
It's all about taking the sting out of old memories that no longer serve you - don't over think here - turn your concerns over quickly and tap them out.
