Quick Fear Release - Triple Warmer Tap
This is my favourite just before a tiebreak in tennis - really tap the side of that hand hard for a few seconds, change sides if you remember or have time.
It can be part of your mental first aid box or used off-pitch when you're feeling fearful at any time.
The body keeps the score - it likes the mind to take notice of it. So much stress can be ameliorated by connecting with the body.
