A Typical Year...
Be prepared to have a continuous plan to be working out regularly while at school.
Preseason Camps often start in August with the season concluding in early November.
During the fall, expect practice for around 1.5-hrs per day. In addition, expect to work with a strength and conditioning coach for 2-3 sessions per week for about an hour each time. Matches usually occur on the weekends.
Once the competitive season is over Dec 1; strength and conditioning ramps up.
December is exam period and Christmas break.
January starts the new winter semester until April. During this time, athletes are still training and playing in various formats depending on their facility resources and climates.
April is again exam period and this concluded the regular school calendar year.
