    • Figure Four Technique
      • To get into figure four positon, the baserunner kicks their front leg forward and tucks the ankle of their other leg underneath, creating the number "4". 
      • Try having each player practice the figure four 10 times to ensure they are using proper technique. 
      • If players have trouble understanding the figure four technique, try having them practice getting into the position while sitting on the ground.
