    • This segment moves beyond basic hop drills into full bounding progressions designed to preserve approach velocity and mimic race‐pace demands. You’ll first master the hop‑bound‑bound sequence—eliminating hesitation off the board—then isolate the jump phase with a sturdy box drill (step‑and‑jump only), emphasizing double‑arm lift and landing off the opposite foot. Next, inject fun competitiveness with the “shoe in the sand” challenge to kinesthetically reinforce distance and technique under pressure. Finally, graduate through 4‑, 8‑, and 12‑step triple jump repetitions to replicate full‐speed takeoff angles and ground contacts, proving that longer step counts come closest to true competition conditions.
