Learn Beach Volleyball Fast - probably the most in depth, detailed, and nuanced online beach volleyball instruction on the planet
About
-Internationally known through his Youtube channel and podcast (Learn Beach Volleyball Fast) for providing some of the most in depth, nuanced and attention to detail beach volleyball instruction content in the world.
-Locally known in Sweden and Norway for providing coaching that often within a session or two finds and fixes the root cause for problems that other coaches have been able to point out for years, but never been able to help the player actually fix.
-Possibly the first player in the world who competes at an elite level after having started to learn the game at the "old age" of 24 with minimal ball sports experience in his childhood. Alex believes that him having had to consciously learn the whole sport "from scratch" as an adult has made him an expert in explaining and teaching the sport from a foundational perspective to other players who also lack the "natural talent."
Words from a past client: Alex training has been a game changer for me. I have been struggling with bad technique habits for almost 10 years now. After only one week of highly individual training, I finally was able to implement proper and way more effective techniques. Not only in drills but also constantly during real matches. I tried a lot of beach camps. After each I saw little to no real change regarding my bad technique. The things I did wrong (for almost 10 years) were rooted that deep, that no standard training could tackle it. Alex has a very unique and off the book approach to target these kinds of deeply internalized bad patterns. Goofy foot step and ineffective arm swing were two of the problems we successfully tackled. Having fun was a big part of the training. I had a great time, and I am looking forward to next beach camp with you Alex. Thank you, man - I owe you big time!

NEW!Indoor to beach volleyball - nuanced differencesViews: 260$24.99
Indoor volleyball and beach volleyball have some obvious differences. But then there are also less obvious, and very nuanced differences - details of the beach game that players and coaches who originally come from an indoor background often still don't understand even after years and decades of beach volleyball experience.
Whether you want to coach or play beach volleyball better, this course is designed to (in about an hour!) help you understand these differences. Basically you will learn what world class beach volleyball players do differently compared to all levels of indoor players, as well as lower level beach volleyball players.
One of the worst types of frustrations is working hard year after year but still not getting the results you want (whether for yourself or your players), simply because the foundational assumptions on how to train for the sport you had were flawed. Grab the chance to bypass years of confusion and frustration by grabbing this course, you could be finished with it and experimenting with the concepts in it already later today!
By the end of this course you will:
-Understand how sand vs floor changes the optimal way to do your footwork, and how that then turn leads to differences in the whole serve receive technique between indoor vs beach volleyball.
-Understand the seemingly subtle differences between beach and indoor setting that make beach setting a "completely" different skill. (Often not even understood by advanced beach players, but basically always mastered by world class players.)
-Understand several types of wind, and have a foundational plan on how to approach mastering playing in them.
-Have an understanding of the "basic strategy" of beach volleyball from a deep fundamental perspective, so that you have a better understanding on how/when to diviate from it.
-Be aware of high level wind setting techniques.
-Understand how most beach players approach and jump in the sand for attacking, and a very useful attacking technique/strategy for intermediate players looking to level up quickly.
-Have a better overview of how complex of a sport beach volleyball is, and why one can keep on learning deeper nuances forever.
-Have the chance to ask more questions, and influence what future additional parts should be included in this course. (Limited time only!)
-Understand Alex' best tool he has for becoming a better coach.
