The pass game coordinator for Northwestern High School in Northern Wisconsin, Conner Guetter brings over 20 seasons of experience in football as both a player and a coach. Officially Air Raid certified by the Godfather himself, Hal Mumme.  He has won 1 state champtionship in Minnesota and a 5 time conference champion across numerous programs and states. Conner has worked countless hours to develop and innovate offenses and defenses. This playbook template is a result of working and searching for a way to teach kids what they need to know for responsiblities.
