Overview of Man Match Quarters and tools we use within our Cover 7 family. 

The four categories of Cover 7 are Cones, Brackets, Triangles, and Boxes. There are various tools that can be used within those categories. 

We will discuss options vs all flanks, and when/why you should be calling each tool.

Defining Odd / Even Space and 7 / 8 / 9 Man Fit Progression. 

Options for defending the run from each.

Zone Match One High Coverage vs 2x2 and 3x1 Formations. Zone match = Dropping to an area and relating to WRs after the pattern distribution with zone integrity. Pattern reading with eyes on WRs and QB, playing with a no cover zone and passing off crossers to the other side of the defense. This is often refeared to as rip/liz match cover 3.
