From 26 years of Coaching and 24 coaching Quarterbacks from high school, college, and spending time in multiple NFL QB Rooms learning from some of the best coaching minds to have coached the position, I have had a chance to create a roadmap from my experiences. These experiences have allowed me to see what works and what doesn't and the communication to prepare and evaluate the position is as important than the content of the material. My various experiences have helped me create a language that has allowed the many Quarterbacks I've mentored execute at a very high level. Even today I pull from the mentoring I've had and apply the simple language to my position room daily.
