Kassandra completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012 and started teaching online in 2014. That same year she completed a Level 1 Yoga Therapy training with Phoenix Rising and in 2017 she graduated from a 300-hour Teacher Training with Sianna Sherman.
