      Once upon a time I trained full-time
      to run full-speed
      over 10x42-inch hurdles.
      I broke records, traveled the world, and even ran fast enough to compete in the Olympic Games.

      Now I teach and coach and online, because the world still has a giant lack-of quality hurdles training information.

      The event requires speed + rhythm + lots of coordination, and your best bet is to keep the hurdles [ low ] and develop the habit of SPEED down the track.
