Other than have all 6 Super Hero Trainings you get a bonus, the schedule for the Avengers Training, an extreme schedule that will challenge your body and mind. Will you be able to accomplish it?
Before you start the training do the Sensitivity class (n# = week, eg. Week 1 = Sensitivity 1 on each day of training), then a warm up of your choice, as a Cool Down use the Yoga (n#=week).
NOTE: the Cosmic Battle Weeks are intended to be a bonus exercices, more a challenge then a real training schedule. It will also take about 4 hours a day to accomplish it. Be wise.
Train mentally and fisically with:
Combat: a combination of kickboxing and military fighting
Agility: improve your jumps and dexterity
Sensitivity: enanches all 5 senses

- Yoga/Stretching Training: to become flexible to escape in many situations and perform amazing techniques.
- Russian Systema Training: this is the fighting style used by russian special forces, it includes hand to hand combat, evasion techniques, short stick fight and gun training.
- Ballet Training: gracefull and strong, ballerinas looks pretty and soft on the stage, but the training they do is hard and challenging.
This 3 training combined will give you the calorie burning, muscle build and flexibility to perform better in any other sport or martial art you are already training for, or even if you are a beginner this will give you even new skills.
Bonus: if you are into acting or stunts, this is a good basic to get more works.
A workout inspired by the popular hero Wolverine. The training focuses in 3 different workours: Strength, Bestiality (Animal flow) and Combat. This 3 workouts combined will provide a growth in strength ofcourse, but also mobility. The combat part will increase the speed of your movement as well as a good cardio for a fat burning and lean body.
Follow the schedule from beginner to X-Treme every six weeks. Most of the exercices do not need tools.
The so called Merc with a mouth is famous for his fighting skills, in this course you can train in 3 different styles:
- A combination of fast techniques taken from different martial arts
- The military combota of the russian special forces, with knife, double stick and gun training
- The art of the Japanese sword: the Katana
Even if they are not specific for learning how to fight properly (you need a specific cours for that), but they will give you a solid base as well as a kicking and fun way to fat burn, increase stamina and train coordination.
