Tom Izzo's Defensive and Rebounding Skills course consists of a game-tested set of drills that can be used to enhance the fundamentals and techniques that are essential elements of great defensive play. Ideal for coaches and athletes at all competitive levels, this coaching video uses on-court player demonstrations to help explain and illustrate a series of instructional tools for developing basic defensive skills for basketball.

Tom Izzo
 is the head men’s basketball coach at Michigan State University, a position he assumed in 1995. In his exceptional career at the helm of the Spartans, he has firmly established Michigan State as one of the most prominent programs in the country.

This is the way to do it. I felt like I was in practice with Coach Izzo. This is not a lecture, this is the way to watch, note, and learn the game.

Great course in general. I love the organization that is easy to follow and shows a natural progression of teaching. Expected a little more content for the price as much of this can be found on Youtube. However, overall pretty good.
