In Home Circuit Trainingby Fallon Heddings
This course is for anyone without access to a gym or a track in their current situation. These circuits are for mainly sprinters and jumpers. These workouts mimic off season workouts having a focus on weaker areas of most sprinters and jumpers, like front side mechanics or knee drive in your take off.
Coach Fallon Heddings is currently a member of The Eastern University Track & Field coaching staff after working for five years at Widener University. While there, she coached two NCAA Division III All-Americans: one in the long jump; one in the triple jump. In addition, she took ten individuals to the NCAA National Championships and coached 12 Middle Atlantic Conference champions, while finishing her doctorate of Physical Therapy at Widener. She has now coached 4 All Americans and 17 NCAA National Qualifiers and was most recently named MidEast Region Assistant Coach of the Year.
