I have 20 years of coaching experience. I have coached football every year along with various 2nd and 3rd sports, mostly Track and Field. In addition to serving as an assistant track and field coach at various coaching stops, I have also been a Head Track and Field coach at 2 different schools. I have individually coached sprinters/relays, jumpers, and throwers. But most of my experience has been coaching the hurdles. I currently coach football and hurdles at Rockwall High School and am fortunate enough to have just coached a 2022 state champion in the 110 hurdles.
