For a race not talked much about, here is your chance to learn how to create a practice and race plan for your 300m Athletes.
In this presentation, Coach JT Ayers will walk you through the best preparation to be successful in this event. Some of the sessions include the drills used before a training session, philosophies on how to train for the 300m race, who is a 300m Hurdler, and the formula used to race plan this incredible event. Coach Ayers will break down the race section by section to give you and your athletes the best opportunity to succeed in this event.
There is one Typo worth mentioning. The formula for this race is 0.6-1.0 second from the first 150m to the second. This is explained in detail in this presentation. A decimal was moved and was caught late.
