Lesson 18:
2-foot turns
Today I am going to show you 2-foot turns from forward to backward. The center circle is the most suitable place to practice 2-foot turns. Put your feet together, and line up your hips and shoulders right over your feet. Bend your knees. After a few pushes do 2-foot turn from forward to backward. Remember, no toe pushing is allowed. Your knees should act a shock absorber to cushion the force of the pushes and forces in the direction of your inside foot.
