Backward wiggles
This move is a tricky one. Are you ready to try?
In this video I am going to teach you how to do backward wiggles. Stand with your feet parallel, the width of your hips apart. Then turn side to side with the help of your hips. As you do, move your arms against the action of your hips to create backward motion, in the opposite direction of your forward wiggles.
