Lesson 15:
Scooter pushes
In this video I am going to show how to do "scooter pushes" correctly. While on two your feet, a series of pushes by your outside foot produces a curve to the left or to the right. Your inside knee is bent to assist in creating the outside curve. Your knees should act a shock absorber to cushion the force of the pushes and forces in the direction of your inside foot.
