Lesson 5:
Dip
In this video I am going to show you a dip. Bend your knees as deeply as you can, and get your bottom down to "sit" as you glide forward on both your feet. Your aim is to go straight. Put your weight over both your feet equally. You can try to feel the position on the floor. Just make sure you keep both your feet planted on the floor (don't raise your heels).
