Inflight Methods
In Your Chair
Bare foot on flight feet grounded on metal chair.
Use Firefly or stim device 10 minutes every hour or two you are awake.
The Firefly can be replaced by your personal Stim machine - Compex Exedra.
Sitting in Chair Focus on Nasal Breathing - You Dehydrated less when breathing through your nose.
Hit RPR Breathing and psoas Points in your chairs once an hour. This helps with a tight lower back.
Use a Breath Belt during Flight
Walking Around in Flight
Walk around on the plane in our area for 10 minutes every hour or two if possible. Don’t lose sleep doing this.
Hit All 12 RPR Points when moving around on a plane; this takes the tension out of the muscle and helps with blood flow.
After Landing
Cold water on face if arriving in airport .
Exposure to the sun in the morning 10 to 20 minutes and evening times for first eight days is important . Before morning activity smell peppermint oil through right nostril.
Take .5 to 2 Milligram to of melatonin in the morning for 2 hours after awaking for 2 hours
In the Mornings, after we land the first night of sleep, we get protein Liquid protein sources like whey and your fish oil or another for of fat in the first 10 minutes of awaking - eat when you want.
The first few days in a new place, if you are not too miserable, hold off your coffee/caffeine for 60 minutes after being awake.
