This book is for all coaches who have some type of on field training regimen who aspire to someday create their own personal program. My name is Coach Jerry Seymour of The RunningBack Academy, and these drill cards helped me in ways I cannot explain. These drill cards not only help with my successful application that I host, but I'm able to monetize these workouts due to simplification and organization. When someone inquires about a program from you it must first be planned and executed. You being the planner and the client being the executer. I also use these for training days showing the athletes the set-up, directives, and expectation for the drill. Equally important if you ever decide you want to create an e-book of your documented training "here it is". One more thing ladies and gentlemen! This serves as a great script when I'm doing a teach tapes with my film crew. I can show them the drill they will understand what angles work best for them.
