Kyle Rechlicz

About

Coach Kyle Rechlicz is a Division 1 Women's basketball head coach at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She was able to quickly turn around the UW-Milwaukee basketball program when she collected 77 wins from 2015-2019. She developed a handful of All-Conference players that later found success in professional basketball.

As a mid-major coach, she was able to beat multiple powerhouse programs like the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University.

In 2016, Rechlicz was named Horizon League Coach of the Year while finishing 2nd in the conference play with 12-6 conference record.

Rechlicz was also the assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin and associate head coach at the University of Dayton.

Coach Rechlicz is one of the up and coming coaches and her teams are known for over hustling their opponents.
